Born in Tokyo in 1960, he graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University School of Business in 1984.Joined NEC System Integration & Construction, Ltd. (currently NEC Networks & System Integration Corporation, hereinafter “NESIC”). Engaged primarily in sales and marketing activities, he took on a leadership role in promoting EmpoweredOffice, a work-style innovation solution advocated by NESIC since 2007.

He became Assistant Senior Vice President & General Manager, Higashinihon Regional Division of NESIC in 2013 and joined the Board of NESIC in 2014. After serving as Vice President and Representative Director of Q&A Corporation (one of the consolidated subsidiaries of NESIC) in 2014, he became President and Representative Director of Q&A Corporation in 2015, achieving successful productivity milestones in the contact center business.

He assumed the position of President & Representative Director at NESIC in June 2017. He has since promoted agile leadership, seeking to accelerate steps towards innovative achievements, and for example, established a corporate venture capital (CVC) funds in January 2018.
